Could very well be the best value from Costco.: I have had this cookware set for almost two years and still love it. You can easily compare the quality to the best cookware sets at department stores. Every time I see the set when shopping the Costco aisles I have to comment to myself that this is an unbelievably good deal. Hand washing is a breeze with the non-stick cooking surface. Remember to use non-stick spray on the exposed rivet heads for easy cleanup. Those rivets are so hefty that there is no way the handle will come loose. I have used this set at high temps for caramelizing veggies and searing meat with no ill effects. The anodized outer surface can become permanently stained by grease if left too long so wipe off the sides when done cooking. I always use non-metal tools to not scratch the inner surface so it still looks like new. The wife did burn some hotdogs in the small skillet which left the non-stick surface permanently darker, but it still works perfectly. Even so, she is no longer allowed to use the cookware. I would not hesitate to purchase another set when this set wears out, or to purchase for a gift. This set would be a perfect wedding gift, especially since it just might outlast the marriage, LOL. I would say this set will hold up for at least 10 years. The lids will develop scratches if you scrub too hard with an abrasive pad, but any shiny stainless steel lid will. No way will I ever think about buying one of those $150 fry pans with a fancy name at the department store. This set is really that superior. Just the large Costco skillet could hold it's own with that $150 department store skillet, but you get this huge set for that price.
