Homer Laughlin China Fiesta Shamrock Teapot 44 Oz.
More Information
First manufactured in 1936 during Art Deco's later, less ornate phase, Fiestaware went out of production in the 1970s but returned in the 1980s and now enjoys unprecedented popularity. Older pieces fetch hundreds or even thousands of dollars at auction. The new line offers the original designs in contemporary colors at affordable prices. To complete a set of white Fiestaware or complement any whiteware, this curvaceous teapot is essential. Its shape is truly unique--pale rings symmetrically (in true Art Deco style) encircle the pot, handle, and lid. Made of vitrified china with a gleaming, lead-free glaze, the pot holds 4 cups, stands 7 inches high, and is both dishwasher- and microwave-safe. --Fred Brack
