| Various items I'd like to get at some stage, kept in one place so I don't have to search all my bookmarks! "Inexpensive" means "Less than €50.00" (postage extra) sometimes a lot less. | ||

Items on List: Inexpensive wish list

Notes: I'm more entitled to wear this than a Police or Firefighter cap...

Notes: A bit more unusual than the usual NYC cap. Pricey for a ball-cap, though - but then, almost everything on the Junkers-shop site is a bit steep.

Notes: 25 x 17 x 6 cm - so it's not big enough for an A4 notebook, but a Moleskine, pen, cellphone & PDA should fit comfortably enough.

Notes: I like that it's got loops not just for pens, but for a torch, too. LED penlight?

Notes: From the look of it this has something like the same capacity as my Braun Büffel notecase; less dressy, though. The neck-loop holes mean it can be worn like a WorldCon badge-holder.

Notes: This is very sensible for walking in winter darkness - you might look like a Christmas tree, but very few of those get hit by cars!

Notes: A sensible upgrade from NiteIze for the 6-D Maglite - Maglite's own LED adaptor only goes up to 4-D despite the fact they make the 6-D baton - and for all their wittering about invalidated warranty, my torch is so old that I don't care.

Notes: Same sort of arrangement as the one which clips to a cap-peak, except no cap required! I think I saw something like this in Dublin duty-free. Get it next trip out, maybe...

Notes: More practical and (slightly) less silly-looking than the "spectacles-light" I currently use, and the LEDs will give better light than bulbs. Maybe go for one of their proper head-lights instead.

Notes: Just a reminder: this or something similar ought to be available here in Europe - the no-glare LED is a good idea, though, and should give much longer battery life than a bulb.

Notes: Only in black at the minute, but when in stock they're also in Tan.

Notes: Looks like something worth having.

Notes: Looks interesting...

Notes: Seems silly to even consider buying linen elsewhere since we live in Ireland, but why pay tourist prices?

Notes: Useful gadget, and much more convenient than most reading lights I've seen.

Notes: Neat - a bit like the various belt-pouches I already carry but handier than having them attached to my trouser belt. Found under Gadgets>Cell Phone Goodies.

Notes: Like the firearm equivalent, less obvious than its buddy the hip holster. Found under Computing>Bags & Cases
