Cheap Shoes!- 6pm.com is Zappos' sister site, where their unsold shoes go to die a cheap retail death. You can find lots of great styles at huge discounts. Also great for some brands of clothing.

- Kindercast dissolved - new company doing same castings!
- Kindercast have now dissolved much to our disappointment as we had a lovely casting done of our son when he was 8 months old. There is only one other company in the UK now which do the same style frames and coloured castings which is www.preciousimpression.co.uk
They did our 5 month old son and the finished product was fantastic - so much so that I have joined the company and now opened a studio in the North!!

Overpriced and outdated.- It appears this company does not offer discounts. One can find the same items elsewhere much cheaper. They charge full price on items for years before they decide to put it on clearance sale. After Halloween the costumes are still listed at full price. I have yet to see them offer discounts or free shipping, even if you sign up for emails or get catalogs. I have to say they get a thumbs down for being so stingy.

I'm an affiliate for walkawaytoday.org- What do you mean they dont have an address??? I'm a realtor in Seattle, and I've been to their offices. Do a google maps search for walkawaytoday.org and you will see them.
Anyway, they do a good job. Sometimes sellers in foreclosure are completely unrealistic in their expectations. I've worked with them for over two years, and Specifically with Richard. They have been great, and done a great job for the clients I referred.
I would like to see proof from 'allan grizzard' that he referred a property to them, and it went into foreclosure. I've reverred 12+ deals over the last year and they've stopped the foreclosure on all 12...
