I was a longtime fan of Topatoco's products until I had a problem with an order. The product was not visually as represented on the website and was of very poor quality. Customer service was unresponsive and not able to resolve the problem to my satisfaction. My previous impression of the company was that it was very customer-oriented, since I hadn't had a problem with an order. I guess you don't really get to see a true values a company until you actually have a problem and see how they deal with it. I was very unimpressed with the unprofessional responses and will be doing business elsewhere.

Ordered a few felt and rubber rug pads (Ultra Premium) several months ago. This company was great at answering a few questions. The rug pads arrived custom cut to my odd size rugs and they have no odor. They look like very substantial pads and my rugs don't slip and feel great. Highly recommend!

I ordered my bike on Sunday 1st April and as per the website expected delivery to be an average of 4 working days. When the bike did not arrive I had to email them to find out what was going on when I feel that I should have been informed on the status of my order. At this stage I fully understood that the Easter Holidays may have delayed the orders and in response to my email I received an email that the company was averaging 5-7 working days.
However, after waiting a few more days and hearing nothing I once again emailed and called to find out what the delivery status was. I received an email from Oz to let me know that the bike is due to be delivered on Friday 20th April. I therefore made arrangements to work from home so that I could sign for the delivery. After sending an email on the Thursday asking for confirmation of the Friday delivery and not getting a response I called on Friday morning when I attempted to have a conversation with Henry. I was upset and very disappointed that my bike had not been delivered and that despite the 4 average working day delivery policy I had waited 13 working days taking into account the Easter Holidays.
On the phone I was treated with a total lack of respect, my complaint and disappointment was casually dismissed by being hung up up on several times. This was totally unprofessional and shows an unbelievable lack of phone etiquette and ability to deal with customers who are spending money and therefore expect a certain standard of service. When I sent an email to complain about the disgusting behaviour on the phone I was told that I would not get an apology and that he was right to hang up on a customer.
Finally in addition to all of the above when I spoke with City Link (the delivery company) they told me that there had been a problem with pick up. It would have been helpful to know what was happening with the product I have been charged for!

Overall, my experience has been awful. I am truly upset by the way I have been treated.

I would NEVER recommend this socalled company, they are rude and generally unpleasant people who should not be running a company – here’s hoping my bike eventually arrives!! Oh, and given the choice I would not give this company any stars.
