Avoid game-stock.com- Purchased the monopoly/boggle/yahtzee/battleship game for the ds lite as a Christmas gift my mother. Upon recieving the game immediately became paranoid - the packaging looked like it had been posted by a child and not a professional company with stickers and scribbles all over it and the box inside was flimsy and cheap. The cover, well it was like somthing i would print myself when making covers for copies of my cds. When my mother opened the game and began playing, I glanced over and looked at the graphics - it was like looking at a game from the early 90's. Definately a copy. Not worth saving £8 for this game. I was so embaressed and angry. For those wanting to get in touch:

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!- This was my first order with Starstore.com and it will certainly be my last.
I ordered an item on the 16th December, item was in stock, paid in full straight away.
They said delivery would be in 3-5 days which is standard and I with this I would receive the item in plenty of time for xmas (this was an xmas gift).
Time was ticking on and it got to Xmas Eve and I had still not received the item. I sent an email to shop@starstore.com and received an email back a few hours later stating that the item was not in stock so the order was not processed and I had not been charged. Needless to say I found this absolutely unacceptable. Not only did they not let me know that it was out of stock within reasonable time from ordering but I actually had to chase them! This meant a family member had to go without on xmas day.
I have since emailed them for a phone number for their customer services department but have not received a reply.
Absolute disgrace.

avoid nuneaton store like the plague- store has no exchange policy manager and staff are prejudised against disabled people never dealt with such a poorly run and uncooperative company this shop cannot rely on repeat business the sooner it closes the better
