I've been shopping at trendyoutfitter.com since 2005, they used to sell japanese brand name items, but not anymore. But the person who run this website is a very honest and fast response person. They do picked all hard to find, nice pieces for sell. I haven't shop from them for a while, but I just found out they have more cute items now, which I never seen from other clothing website.

I just want to say this is the worst experience I have every had when ordering from a company. I ordered my items on 11/22 and at the time I made sure that none of the items were listed as "back ordered". However, apparently as soon as I placed my order one item went on backorder. I received the other items about 2 weeks after I placed the order. Then I received an email stating the last item was shipped on 12/11. Today is 12/22 and the item still has not arrived. There is no tracking number to find out what happened to my item. This was my daughter's Christmas present and I am due to leave tomorrow morning with no gift for her. I called Customer Service yesterday and was on hold for 30 minutes when a young man answered the phone. I explained to him what was going on and wanted to see if you could try to locate the package. He told me I needed to talk to Customer Service. Well, I thought that was what he was since the number I called is the number you have listed for customer service. He put me on hold for an hour and 36 minutes before anyone answered my call. Then this horrible woman answered and when I explained to her what was going on she told me "Just take our catalog and cut the picture of the item out and wrap that up and give it to your daughter." This is totally unacceptable. How horrible and rude to tell someone that when all they want to know is where the item is that was ordered a month ago. By the way, the money for this item was drafted from my bank account 3 weeks ago. I will never order from you again and have recommended to all my friends on the Internet as well as personal to not order from your company unless they have 6 months to a year to wait on the items they order. This is the worse company I have ever encountered. You do not track your packages, you have rude customer service people and it takes forever to get the items ordered. However, I did noticed it did not take you very long to take my money. I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau. I know that losing me as a customer is not going to close your business down but if you have as many dissatisfied customers as I am it will not take long for your doors to be closed and locked.

I phoned this company at the start of December to ask if they could guarentee Xmas delivery if I placed an online order - they said "yes of course". I then order 4 bicycles. When the date for their estimated delivery passed I phoned them again and they hadn't actually process the order. They agreed to dispatch on "next day delivery" via their courier - which they didn't do. When I called them to ask if they could chase it up the person I spoke to (and I was being very reasonable about it) wouldn't let me speak, said it's Christmas, it's not my fault that you placed a late order (!!), there's only one of me here and then hung up on me..!!!

I'm now waiting to see if my "guarenteed" Christmas order will now arrive in time or if my kids will be let down. Extremely poor organisation compounded by the attitute of the guy on the telephone. Their concept of Customer Service is to shout at people and then hang up. The guy is lucky that I don't live locally because I have now simmered down just enough.

I would never recommend that anyone use this company.

It is a beautiful site. I placed an order and received my art with in 3 days! The art I received is wonderful and looks great on my living room wall.
