Bad Experience with this company. Never received credit.- I was very excited when I found mailjustfor me. I like the products but after I placed 3 orders I discovered the ordering form had saved my original info and therefore the last order I placed had the wrong address. I repeatedly asked for help from Karen through email. Is she the owner? There is no phone number. I am on month 4 of trying to contact her for credit since the package never arrived. She has responded only twice asking me how I paid and I have never heard from her again. I'm tired of unethical business's and unethical people.

Retuning Gift at UrbanOutfitters - I went to return a gift (a sweater) I received over the holidays at Urban Outfitter store in NYC. I didn't have a gift receipt or a tag, & I found out that I can get a store credit. I was able to check the price online. When I got to the store the sale associate tried to haggle for a lower refund price than stated both on their site and on their catalog. He was giving me a made up number without any justification, and while he's telling me this, I can see that another sales person was tagging the item for the price they are selling online!
Because I was insistent, I got the correct credit for the sweater. Watch out for a mobster style sales people.

Customer Service is unacceptable- I have shopped on the Internet for years. Although this company has a good array of quality products, they do not deliver with customer service or shipping. I paid a great deal of money for express shipping of one gift on Dec. 15. It still has not arrived as of Dec. 29 nor will the company furnish me with a tracking number. When I contact customer service, all I get is a form letter with no follow-up. Another gift I ordered the same day for my granddaughter did not only not arrive for Christmas, but I have not even received a shipping confirmation nor the courtesy of a back order email. I will never order from them again.

Dissatisfied. Extremely Poor Customer Service. Will never do business with this company again.- Made a Christmas gift purchase on 12/9 leaving the requisite amount of time for delivery per store information. After several emails and calls attempting to confirm status with no response, finally got in touch with someone on 12/27 who confirmed unapologetically that the item has still not shipped. No attempt was made to indicate there would be a delay in the order. When a request for cancellation of order was made, I was informed this may take 2 to 3 days. There appears to be no customer service policies in place. Needless to say, the transaction was extremely dissatisfying. I will never do business with this company again.
