Worst online shopping experience to-date- I'm sorry, but a compliment for chocosho I cannot offer. What I will offer is a word of warning for anyone thinking about dealing with them -- if your order is handled incorrectly; i.e. your package arrives late, they charge you for an item and then don't include it in your package, tell you its too late to refund it onto your credit card and advise you to set up a paypal account, and don't respond to your money requests; you're going to have lots of fun emailing them over and over and over again, half of which won't even instigate a response. Thank-you chocosho, THANK-YOU VERY MUCH.

Improvements Still coming- I now work for the Laundry Alternative and I can tell you that I answer every email and phone call with-in 24hrs. I actually come in most days and have no voicemails at all because the Customer Service is being taken care of in a way that most companies don't offer any longer. We listen to customer concerns and requests and we try to resolve any and all issues right away. We might ask you to do some trouble shooting for us, but that is the most that we ask of you as a consumer. If you had doubts in the past give us another try and I can almost guarantee you that it will be a memerable experience.

- I understand that sometimes people have a bad experience with an online company but my experience was as good as it gets. First I found that they have so many products I had no problem ordering from them. They were recommended by some of my sorority sisters! I ordered regular mail and the items arrived in 6 days which was perfect. They were very helpful when I neeeded to return one of the items cause it didn't fit and all in all I was extremely satisfied with their selection, prices and services. I will shop with them again as I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I love Flirty!
