Crap customer service experience...- Very unsatisfactory customer service... enough that I registered here just to post this. I ordered two items from this company. One came just fine... the other was not the part I ordered. When I complained about it, two different gentlemen at the store kept arguing that although it was a 'free upgrade' to a different part it was, in fact, the 'same thing' although I'm not sure how that's possible. (Reviews on the part I did receive were completely negetive.) When I asked for some help they told me I had to pay to ship it back (although I'd obviously paid to have it shipped to me in the first place). Both guys were really short and argumentative and totally unhelpful. Although I supposedly got a great price to begin with it really cost me several dollars in shipping to get nothing. Thanks but no thanks.
