I ordered a sewing machine from allbrands. Price was good, shipping slow, but ok. But the sewing machine was missing parts, the foot controller and extension table, and will not work properly with a foot controller. Allbrands offered to "make it work" and to give me an off brand extension table, but I had to ship the machine back to them at my expense both ways. They don't have another one in stock so it can't be replaced with a working machine. All I want to do is return the machine. Three weeks later allbrands is still dragging their feet! Their customer service is totally lacking. A week between emails and phone calls is not acceptable. Don't ever buy from allbrands, the risk of getting ripped off is way to great. I wish I could rate them a no star!
