Stay far away from this company- Avoid this company. I bought a mattress cover from them. It rips everytime I put it on and now even the zipper doesn't work. They ignored my emails trying to get them to honor their warranty until I enlisted the help of BBB. Now they refuse to refund my money, and say they will only apply a credit to another, presumably equally shoddy, mattress cover. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
