simple scam- I ordered one pair in size 8, they took money from credit card, then I got email from Louise that size 8 is no longer available but size 7 is big enough because of round toes. I took it as I wear size 7,5. I got that pair and tbh I'm not sure if I could get them on with my toes cut off! I wanted to give it to my friend who wears size 6.5 but she couldnt get them on either. Louise simlply said that was odd and they cannot accept returns as it was a sale item! Lovely boots in good price but you can't trust them as you never know what surprise you get, they just want to sell footwear fast
Excellent Service!!!- I recently received my order from Alternative Footwear/Demonia and I was extremely pleased. I was provided with an excellent product at a great price, fast delivery, and exceptional customer service. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the customer service rep who assisted me on the phone recently, but I wanted to say thank you again. She took the time to not only get additional information on the product(s) I was interested in, she even tried them on as she had similar ‘fitting’ issues that I do.
I had searched high and low online to find boots that I would like and fit me properly and the prices I was quoted were ridiculously high. Not to mention the service was woeful, at best. I’m thrilled to have found Alternative Footwear, and will definitely purchase, and recommend Alternative Footwear/Demonia to others.

- Amazing! The best site I have ever dealt with... very friendly and very fast delivery. I will most definately be using www.alternative-footwear.co.uk again. I would recommend this website to anybody who has feet! but the only difficulty is choosing what to buy. I ordered Delight 676 Satin and Lace platform court shoes with ankle strap 5 3/4" heel and Platform. they are absolutely wonderful and fit perfectly!
