Rating: 1 starsBad customer Service. Bad policy for returning item.
I ordered wrong item because they have wrong picture on their web-site. I called the service, they never answer, had to leave voice message. Only way to contact is web-chat. Tech name Ed didn't help, he kept say that they shipped correct item. No item is not same as they have on picture. Worst part is I have to pay both shipping charges to get refund. So disappointed. I don't even want to rate them one star.
