Worst service ever! STAY AWAY!- I saw one of their coupon codes and I decided to give them a shot. After placing an order, I dont hear back from them for more than a week! I then find out that the costume I ordered wasnt in stock!
They also sell on ebay under the name *amistyle*. There feedback is soooo bad! I do not recommend!
Good service!- When an item was no longer available, I was upset but very pleased that the customer service called my phone to talk to me about what I would like to do and gave me a few options. This made things very easy for me.
- Customer Service Phone Number provides NO service! BEWARE!!!
- I placed an order on October 7th and I was provided a UPS tracking number the same day, however, the tracking number is phony!!! I called UPS and they do not have the package, just billing information from the company (that they intended to send something but never provided anything to UPS to ship). I tried calling the "Cutstomer Service" number on their website - (626)379-4170 and no one answers! It's a stuttering message indicating that "due to overwhelming order activity" or something to that nature, they could not take calls. The message is hard to understand because the person is not speaking clearly. Before you place an order, just call the Customer Service number. I doubt you'd feel comfortable placing an order after listening to it! I plan on disputing this charge with my credit card company since I have yet to receive any products or information about my products!!
CUTE CLOTHES AND SHOES!!! - I recently ordered a very cute gretchen halloween costume and received it on time! It was the cutest costume ever!!! I also just bought some boots from them and havent had any problems. I love their products! i dont understand why their reviews are not so great on thethingsiwant.com

- This store is a damn theif. Imagine, I am a military personnel who has to work so hard to earn my living and I sent back some items for an exchange and they told me that they have not received my return even though the post office said that it was delivered. The reason why I sent for an exchange was not even my fault. I received on of the items with a hole in it and one was the wrong color. Their phone line is always busy, starting the moment it hits 10am pacific time and the only thing they can reply in their emails is sorry. They cannot be trusted.
Finally got someone on the line- Said they would try to intercept my package and get me the correct item. Now we just wait and see..........

- I love this website! At first I thought it was toooooo good to be true, because everything was soooo cheap!! I was like a kid in a candy store. First order I spent 3 hours looking at things to buy. Had 8 repeat orders with this website since last October. Everything went smoothly. But like BEBE.com and Victoria Secrect, they sometimes will have back orders. But they always inform you when it will come in. Or you can call them and easily get replacement or refund.

- I saw this website and though it must be to good to be true. I live is Australia and was not 100% sure if they will deliver to us. So i picked all the items that i wanted and before i placed other thought i better email them to be sure and Make sure that there is actually someone keeping contact with me.
I emailed honestly about 30 times and still no reply it has been months.Then i read the reviews and i was not the only person who was sucked into this. I really wish this was not the case cause i love the shoes and clothes advertised. I would have spent at least $400 but there loss.

- I placed about a 75$ order, and was eventually sent an email saying my order was backordered and would be a few more weeks. Called to cancel and after trying for 2 days, eventually a rude man answered and told me my items had shipped that day. I asked for tracking and he gave me what turns out to be an invalid # with too many or too few digits. I called back over and over and 2 more days later I got the same man on the phone and he said my package went into the truck that very day and gave me a different tracking # that was also invalid. At this time he came right out and said "we dont ask for signature confirmation and dont offer insurance, so we are not going to be liable when you dont get your package". I asked for a supervisor and he said "no". I eventually got him to agree to a call back from a supervisor that never happened and 3 more days later, I got another email exactly the same as the first saying it was on backorder. - This company is so hard to deal with. I ordered two dress for my honeymoon. They sent me a email with out a tracking number. So i called the customer service line and waited for like forty minutes finally someone anwsered and was very rude. They told me they would send another email with the tracking number. i naver got it. Finally one of the dresses came. Guess what it was the most ugly dress i have ever seen. The wrong dress on the wrong day. So not only am i out my dresses for my only honeymoon. I still have another dress on the way. So hopefully figure this fraud out. Stay away from this site.... I wish I would of listened.

- I have order a dress from this site. They charged my acct but never sent me an email confirming my order! I emailed them twice. No answer! I tried calling the toll free #, it says "all circuits are busy"!!! The other number there is no answer just rings and rings! I am so pissed right now! They stole my $ and never delivered the product! Now I'm gonna have to dispute the charge with my bank. I only wish that I saw this site before I ordered from them.

- WARNING WARNING! Buyers beware! I am going to post the same review on every review site about this company. Yes, their products are ridiculously cheap, who doesn't love a bargain? But, what you pay for is what you get! If you don't mind cheaply made and uncomfortable heels, go ahead and buy them from amiclubwear. They were probably made from 6 year old kids working in sweatshops in China and probably cost only $2 to make. As for their shipping, it was disappointing. I chose ground shipping which was supposed to be 5 business days but I didn't get them until two weeks after. I also paid around $14 for GROUND shipping, which is supposed to be the cheapest for UPS. Amiclub obviously added 10 more dollars to ground shipping b/c I use UPS for shipping all the time and ground shipping never cost me that much. The shipping was more than the heels I ordered! I also ordered a cosmetic brush and when my package came in, there were no brush. They did not even notify me that it was a back ordered item, I had to email them to find out. I then asked for a refund and they said that I will get a refund in 2-3 days. It's been a month, I still do not see a refund in my account! They are actually good with getting back to me promptly but the person who emails me needs to learn how to spell and be more descriptive. I want to be nice and say nice things about this company but I am having a difficult time to.

- I have used Ami for all of my online purchases for about 1 years now.Cool items, excellent prices, Very reliable and honest communication. Products also received were exactly as described. I ordered a spring dress on February 19 . The merchandise quality was far better than what I expected and shipping was fast. I will definitely always order from them! High comment!!!!

- I bought a beautiful dress from Amiclubwear last week. This dress fit perfectly and is a real eye catche and it is one of those rare pieces of clothing that's just as pretty in person as it looks online. The fabric is gorgeous -- both good quality and vibrantly-colored -- and the cut is really flattering. Shipping was also really prompt. And DO go by the measurement guide provided -Great buy, highly recommend!

- This is the third year I have purchased clothes and shoes from this company. As always, I was very impressed with them. They order was correct when it arrived. I had a few friends who needed to exchange their sizes, and I found the company easy to work with in order to get them exchanged. An easy to access and use website, and easy to order. I would have seen the complaints and gone elsewhere if you’re looking for inexpensive clothes check out gojane.com or forever 21 but stay away from Amiclubwear this company will rip you off! After having made a successful purchase I decided to place a second order well half of my order was defective – I had an uneasy feeling after requesting a RMA# and being completely disappointed with the quality all around. Well they tried to give me a store credit instead of a refund and it didn’t even include the shipping – what nerve! I have returned items to ArdenB.com and their service was excellent and fast I saw a credit within 24hrs of receipt of merchandise. I’m sorry but this type of customer service inexcusable if you don’t believe the complaints just try calling them or e-mail them a question and see how long it will take. The others that say they’ve had great service are you for real? or did they pay you to write a good review? STAY AWAY – SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!! and for those that have had bad service please place your complaint through BBB and take them to small claims - get YOUR money back!

- several weeks ago I purchased (and paid for) 4 pairs of shoes. About a week later I got an e-mail saying they had only shipped 3 items (and no mention of a refund for the missing item, nor a replacement or anything). I called the company (amiclubwear.com) and had the WORST customer experience of my life! After about 30 minutes on hold, the lady that took my call actually told me that they have a time limit (of about 3 minutes) on their support calls, that the supervisors are never on the floor and then my 3 minutes were up and my call got "disconnected". I have never disputed a credit card charge before in my life, but I'm definitely disputing this one. My advise is DO NOT BUY from this people unless you're willing to risk receiving what they want instead of what you ordered. Don't be fooled by the nice web site, this people obviously have no inventory and no control over their supplier's inventory.

- I have ordered with amiclubwear a lot. I have never had a problem with them until my last transaction but its enough to make me never order from them again. I ordered 2 pairs of high heels on May 23rd along with a hair clip to qualify for the free shipping offer. After waiting for 2 weeks the order still said "started", so i decided to email them. No response. Then i called them, after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes the lady told me she didnt know what was going on with my order and would call me back. No call back. I called again 2 days later after waiting another 30 min the lady told me the shoes were out of stock and unavailable (SO WHY WAS I CHARGED?). She asked if i wanted to get store credit or a refund, i told her to just refund my card. She said my card would be refunded within 24 hours. After a week of waiting my charge still hadn't been reversed. So i opened a dispute with paypal and my cc company. Amiclubwear gave paypal a tracking # saying they sent the items?!!! But i never received them. My cc company did refund my $ but now paypal has suspended my account because they say the items were delivered and wont let me use there account again until i pay amiclubwear back! Screw them! Im not paying for something i didn't receive. Its such a hassle and just not worth it, shop at forever21 or somewhere else reputable. You might not get burned the first or second time you shop here like me, but eventually you probably will.

I purchased 4 pair of shows from them on Nov, received them and every single of them look bad, either not original or they are from the A or B stock, called them and no respond, their phone numbers dont work. after few emails I finally got RMA Number to send them back, shipped them back with UPS and after 2 months no refund, not even one email from them, I had to do charge back. you might get lucky with them one or twice but down the road the will rip you off. Stay away
