Beware!- Buyers, beware! I ordered 3 different items from their site and paid using paypal , which was a hyperlink on their website. Well, its been 1 month and I have yet to receive an email, item or anything.
They dont have a phone number listed on their site, and their customer service is non existent and do not answer e-mails.
Do commit my mistake. Order from somewhere else and save the grief and pain that I am having to go through. Spread this knowledge to everyone that you want to help.

- BEWARE!!! Do not do business with aquariumguys.com. I ordered an aquarium and heater from them nearly two weeks ago and they will not respond to my emails and phone calls as to the status of the order. They certainly took my money out of my bank account the second I placed my order! I've done searches on the web and the BBB website and they are BAD!! They have several complaints against them that they refuse to even respond to. I'll be lucky to receive my items or receive a refund.

- I wish I came across this sit sooner. I purchased a few items from aquariumguys and deeply regret placing my order with them!!!! The one item came in broken and I e-mailed the 2 weeks ago and never recieved a responce, so I guess I am out the money and the product. I did end up purchasing the same item from drfostersmith.com and had a great experience. I did have to contact their customer support and I love them. If you value your money and want to do buisness with a reputable company you WILL NOT buy from aquarium guys. If i could give a lower star than a 1 I would!!! Another place I have had success with and have great prices is petmountain.com. Please do not make the same mistake I did!!!
- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
- I placed an order with this rip off site around the 9/27/09 and 5 days later sent them an email requesting the status of my order. Keep in mind that I never received an email telling me they received my order in the first place.
Today 10/02/09 they took the money out of my checking account! I sent them many emails requesting them to cancel my order after reading some bad reviews about these guys (see below web sites)-

I called them today and asked them why they took the money out of my checking account and they said sorry too late we shipped the order on the 09/30/09 and in so few words sorry the order has already shipped and we will not refund your money!
