a let down- I recently had extreme difficulty trying to resolve a missing order with www.artymiss.co.uk i had a rather rude member of staff eventually email me after trying lots of times to try to find out where my parcel had gone. I myself would not recommend this company to anyone because of my bad experience when trying to sort out a problem which was only due to the fact artymiss hadnt actually sent out all my order in the first place.
*Update* To conclude artymiss did eventually send the missing part of my delivery after many emails and phone calls to its members of staff. I still felt let down that i had to do as much chasing as i did to get the goods i ordered and paid for. Sorry a big thumbs down from me for this company.
