False Advertisement-No Customer Service: I have tried to order from this company twice. Both times they failed to (1) provide any customer service until I threatened to contact the credit card company!

(2) They advertise shipping the next day. But after a week of waiting, I still haven't heard from them and they don't respond to phone or email.

If there is a delay, I would at least expect an email or updated info on the website. I feel like I have just been ignored.

They have a nice selection of products, which I haven't seen elsewhere, but doesn't do any good if they don't deliver and provide a minimum of customer service.

Great Customer Service, Awesome Overall Expirence.: I don't know what the person above me is talking about this is the greatest site ever. I have never had a problem recieving or ordering merchandise from them. In the rare ocasion that they have been out of stock they have bent over backwards to make up for it. I once put a PO Box instead of a physical address on my order and recieved a phone call right away informingme that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes I was able to fix the problem and recieved my items on time just like they promised. There customer service rep has always been friendly and promopt to repond no matter what I ask of her. I highly recomend checking them out if youlike Japanese food and snacks.

Okay Shopping, Customer Service N so G: The shopping was organized and the pricing was accurate w/ decent shipping. I placed my order and they said they were unable to process my credit card. ? I checked my card activity, and the money was deducted from my balance. I go back and contact customer service, and they say they understand that the money was taken out and that it should show the money coming back onto my credit card in 3 - 5 business days. I don't even know if I should be expecting my things or not. I was sure to aks that when I contacted support. I will write here again clarifying whether or not I do receive my order though.
