Your item shipped factory direct. You do normally have to allow 7-10 business days to receive orders with this method. However, I've called the manufacturer, and your order did ship Friday. It left through FedEx. The tracking number is 030516641731698. You can track the package at www.fedex.com. Thanks and have a great day!

It is Wednesday July 23, 2008. Since my original placement of an order for two parts that your website stated were "in stock", I have now been battling with your manufacturer LUND and FedEx, as they have lost one of the parts (337951) in delivery. The tracking number listed in your email now has a trace number fedx #0722823434 for item #337951. Hopefully LUND will make good on a promise to over night a new 337951 to me. This has been the most terrible experience of on line shopping that I have had. Your company will surely not receive any kind reviews from me and I will never buy parts from your company again.
