Baby, the Stars Shine Bright is one of the best sources for clothing in the lolita fashion. They are one of the few name brand Japanese lolita companies that ship internationally, and their employees and customer service are wonderful. They will answer your emails personally, however, it does take a while to get responses to orders or questions, simply because they do not have a large amount of staff who speak English well (but the ones who do are wonderful and will help you thoroughly!). Their clothing is beautiful and of the highest quality in lolita fashion, so you will never be disappointed. The only problem is that they do not accept online payment internationally (at the time) so you have to pay with either an International Postal Money Order or a bank transfer (which can be costly).
