My order never came, and standard shipping from Japan is not insured and not traceable! Beware: They may be legit, and they respond quickly to emails, however, I ordered 55 euros worth of stuff and the package never came. Of course there is no refund, and to my surprise, no way to track packages from Japan to The Netherlands.

I ordered it standard shipping because on the website it says

"However, if you selected Standard (Packet) or Economy shipping, please understand that package will not be traceable nor insured. In case it is lost or stolen it will not be refunded. However, thoses cases are really very rares."

BeNippon claims that less than one per 1000 packages are lost and that mine might still come. They also claim that packages are trackable in other european countries

But do take this into consideration.

Great support, great products, fast shipping: I ordered some out-of-print Banana Fish books there and they where really friendly with their support and told me directly after finding a seller of those books. They where even friendly, as there where problems with the payment and they shipped the irtems fast and in the best package I've ever seen.
Maybe you really should pay the fees for insured shipping, like I did, but it's worth it. Finally I got a discount on my next order, because they wanted to much money for the shipping.
I will surely buy there other items, A++

Well Packaged, Fast Shipping, Highly Recommended!: Easily navigable site, as many collectors of imported books know finding the exact romanization of a book can be a pain, but Be Nippon's search function lets you search by ISBN number as well as providing suggestions for spelling mistakes etc. You'd be surprised how many sites don't have this!
Great selection and decent prices, too. I ordered some quite obscure titles and they ordered them in.
As I said in the summary, the package was very well secured and padded.
I will definitely be buying from them again!

excellent prompt service, quality products, fair enough pricing.: my orders came in very good condition considering its a "used item". sufficient care was given to its paskaging.
Use EMS- if its worth buying its worth spending extra on delivery.
items are well priced.
BUT if you ship/air EMS to the PHILIPPINES.....
BE WARNED. Anything of value WLL NOT be DELIVERED... instead it will have to b picked up! and charged ASTRONOMICAL CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES! OUCH!
