Horrible site! I ordered a costume, only part of it arrived. It took three days to stop receiving a busy signal to call their customer service, only to spend 90 minutes on hold, then hear that costumes aren't returnable. I understand this BUT I ONLY HAVE 1/2 A CUSTUME! They could send me the other 1/2, but it won't arrive until after I need it. They've made not effort to accept any responsibility for this problem - or fix it. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
