Horrible Service! Dont not order from BRIDALPEOPLE.com - I ordered merchandise from bridalpeople.com three weeks before my wedding. I was a lil hesitant since my wedding was so near but the things looked so nice. I placed the order and the next day I called to see if anything I order was not in stock or if anything was back ordered so that I could delete those items and find them else where. The person I talked to said nothing was back ordered and I should get my items about 5 days before my wedding, which was fine. So then I called again on August 20th and they said the same thing not to worry everything appeared in stock and should be shipped out soon. Today is August 21st and I got an email saying that they reorganized all their in stock items and all items that were not in stock were deleted from people’s orders. I thought well that cant effect me because I called yesterday and everything was ok but I logged on to double check anyways and to my shock I only had one item left on my order. So I called the same number I called the day before and guess what a recording came on saying no calls can be received and to go online and send an email. WOW I talked to someone the day before and now since they messed up they didn’t want to talk to anyone and take responsibility for what they did. This is a very unreliable website do not order from them. There are so many other wedding websites on line with similar merchandise and prices if I knew this about bridalpeople.com I would have never ordered from them. Save yourself time and upset before your wedding and order your stuff else where!

- I placed an order with Bridalpeople.com for champagne glasses for my sisters bridal shower. Well when I didn't get them in time for the shower I was a bit concerned so I logged on to their site and tracked the order, their site said that it was still in processing. So I emailed them just to inquire about it and to find out whether or not is was going to ship soon. I never received a response. A few days later I logged back on to check and it said there was no order in the system. At this point I became VERY concerned. I never received a email telling me it had been canceled and I just assumed that if it had been canceled the system woudl say "canceled" not that there wasn't a order ot be tracked. SO I emailed them AGAIN and no response. A few days later I emailed them AGAIN...still no response. So I went on to their site and tried to find a phone number (which they do not provide) so I did a reverse address search and got their phone number and called them. I got a answering machine so I left a message... and NO response. SO at this point I'm not sure what happened. I haven't received my credit card statement yet so I don't even know if they refunded my card yet. I am appalled at the lack of communication with this store. As an online store it;s their responsibility to have a well established customer service area. This is MY money we are talking about. They had no problem charging my card and now ALL I want from them is confirmation they refunded the card. But they refuse to respond. I advise anyone thinking about purchasing from Bridal People to look else where.
Pleasantly Surprised- I had been searching online for wedding cake toppers when I found exactly what I wanted at BridalPeople.Com. Since I had never ordered from BridalPeople.com before, I googled it in search of reviews. After reading the horrible reviews on this site, I tried to find the caketopper at another online store but couldn't. My wedding is months away, and the cake topper was very inexpensive, so I decided to risk it and place my order...I am so glad I did! The porcelain cake topper arrived in perfect condition less than a week after I placed my order. (I used standard shipping.) I'm not sure if the other reviewers were fluke incidents, or if my order was the fluke incident, but I thought I should get my experience out there. (The reason I took off a star is that their website lists lots of items that are no longer available, and I felt that their shipping charges were high.)
