WARNING TO THE COMSUMERS,Dissatisfied Customer! Cheap products! No stars for this Business......- Scheam to get rich over night business!!! Used and abused 1... I was very dissatisfied with the products that i ordered for my daughters.They were cheap, and they fall apart.... I spoke to the owner, very NASTY woman, she didnt even apologize, she was rude, and i couldnt even understand want she was saying? Confused that she doesnt even know to speak english? Go back to your country miss!! I was so upset, she hung up on me, and i threw the cheap butterflys and other item away. What a wast of money.. This a scam, to get rich over night!!! Dont be a fool and fall like me... WARNING OUT THERE!!!
- Dangerous Products for our Kids
- I two a mother of three girls agree when they say that the procucts are cheap and that they fall apart. But what is more dangerous is how these products are being made? these products are very dangerous for our kids. they could get hurt. So yes as a parent i would have to agree with all the mother out there they products are not safe for our kids. After all our kids are our babies. Sarah Landcaster

- IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: Spoke with Owner prior to ordering. Excellent Service Arrived really fast
- I saw some disparaging reviews and decided to contact the owner directly. The owner answered the phone and answered all of my questions. I told her that I was concerned about what I had read and she shared with me that they have never had customers with those names nor received any complaints from them. The complaints are completely fake. I took her word for it and ordered about $60. worth of gifts for friends. Everything was high quality, affordable, well packed and shipped very fast. I would highly reccomend butterflycraze.com
- Bad Service and Nasty people
- What a place, over charges for product and shipping. Makes mistakes on orders and doesn't care. No help trying to rectify the problems. The worst part is the staff and owner don't care. In today's economy you would expect for them to try to keep customers instead of turning them away mad.
Advice, if you do order from this company, check your invoice to make sure it is right and check your bank account to make sure that took the amount out that is on the bill. Also I would check with Fedex to check the shipping. I was very over charge and they are trying to make money on the shipping as well!
I will never buy from this company again. I truly hope thay go out of business because of their greediness!
