Be Cautious When buying from this Website- NOTE: Since I first wrote this review, the seller has finally contacted me, and has made things right by sending me the item, plus some extras. So I have increased his rating from 1 to 3 stars.
I placed an order with him for 9 items, and only got 8 of them. I waited a while then contacted the seller reminding him that I had also ordered the 9th item. I did not hear back. I emailed the seller again explaining that I understood if he somehow no longer had the item, that if that was the case, I would just take a refund for that one item. I did not hear back. I contacted the seller again, this time via www.ioffer.com where he sells individual items. I did not hear back, and the comment was deleted from his profile. I emailed him again, at 3 email addresses which were provided at various times. No word. In every email I was extremely patient and kind. I do not think I could have been any more understanding.
In addition, the website lists W-Shop items as "Exclusive Items." For example, I purchased an "Elm Tree" thinking that it was the Exclusive Potted Elm Tree. I thought this because it was listed under Exclusive items. I was sent the W-Shop Elm tree however, which is worth very very little. I paid $4.00 for this item. I am inclined to think that the seller does this on purpose in order to make you think you are buying an exclusive, and then just sending you a W-Shop item. He lists W-Shop items under "Exclusives" and some of those items have names which might easily be confused with an actual Exclusive.
Also note that many of the items listed as "Retired" are not retired at all.
In my emails to this seller, I did not even ask for any refund for the Elm Tree, as that was partially my fault for not being cautious (even though he DID have it miscategorized). I only asked for a refund for the one unsent item.
Please also keep in mind that it has now been explicitly announced by Ganz that the selling of Online Items is against their User Agreement, and can result in the termination of your account.
