Prior to my order I verified w/ customer service that I would receive my purchase before Christmas. On December 6 I received an email that my order was being processed. On Dec, 22nd I was told my package was in the shiping process. I asked that my package be cancelled. They cancelled my order immediately and sent me an email -- so obviously my order was still sitting there 16 days later. NEGATIVE first-time experience.
