I have shopped on the Internet for years. Although this company has a good array of quality products, they do not deliver with customer service or shipping. I paid a great deal of money for express shipping of one gift on Dec. 15. It still has not arrived as of Dec. 29 nor will the company furnish me with a tracking number. When I contact customer service, all I get is a form letter with no follow-up. Another gift I ordered the same day for my granddaughter did not only not arrive for Christmas, but I have not even received a shipping confirmation nor the courtesy of a back order email. I will never order from them again.

Rating: 1 starsCustomer service was very poor, and I will never buy from this company again.
I ordered a piece of jewelry over a month ahead of the intended recipient's actual birthday. I was told that it would arrive in around 3 weeks. The product never came, and unlike every other merchant whom I have ordered from online, it was impossible to trace the shipping either via their own website or through a telephone call to the company. I am very frustrated and disappointed.
