Purchased 2 dozen roses with 11 brown and others wilting. Wrote email with detail/specifics on the order. Got no reply. After learning of their advertised guarantee, I sent another email asking why I didn't get a refund or replacement as advertised? Customer Care said they could not find my original email (I sent them a copy with the second email), so they sent me a $10 discount for my next purchase !! I felt that did not live up to their web site posted guarantee.
