Discount Anime DVD is tops.- BuyDVD (Anime Nuts) seems to be co-oped with Discount Anime DVD, but preferrably I shop at Discount Anime DVD. Their website is user friendly, the customer service is prompt and satisfyingly helpful, and they are always having great large sales on their products. It's where I go for all my anime needs unless they do not happen to carry something in specific. They process orders quickly, and have a trade-in department for most used DVDs. They allow return of even items which are opened (but have a restocking fee which is reasonable) and will gladly exchange any defective items received without a fight. To add a couple more features to their website such as split-shipment (if you've included a pre-ordered item in your cart) would make it the ultimate. Everyone has their own source for anime, and this is mine.
