Discount Anime DVD is tops.: BuyDVD (Anime Nuts) seems to be co-oped with Discount Anime DVD, but preferrably I shop at Discount Anime DVD. Their website is user friendly, the customer service is prompt and satisfyingly helpful, and they are always having great large sales on their products. It's where I go for all my anime needs unless they do not happen to carry something in specific. They process orders quickly, and have a trade-in department for most used DVDs. They allow return of even items which are opened (but have a restocking fee which is reasonable) and will gladly exchange any defective items received without a fight. To add a couple more features to their website such as split-shipment (if you've included a pre-ordered item in your cart) would make it the ultimate. Everyone has their own source for anime, and this is mine.

Customer Service is not prompt resolving issues. Nor care to reply back in two days or so. This very poor service I believe for a company.: When it comes to their products they do stand behind their name. Their products are lost in mailed they do not take any accountability. They take money of customer but not allow any reimbursement or compensation for products that have been lost in the mail. Highly recommend that be aware of their stature in business how handle stuff. Customer service is very poor and leave customer hanging for their response. In addition , they do not have contact number or mailing address where direct your problems or concerns. Though the prices are great for anime but way do business is not good at all.
