I wouldn't give them ANY stars if I had the option!- HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service! I waited for a product for over a month with absolutely no courtesy updates, apologies, etc. And when I finally received it, it was damaged! I sent it back and simply said I'd like my money back. A week or two passed by and I had no response, so I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. If you check out the BBB, you'll see they got a "D" because they failed to respond even to them!
So here I am, two months after I ordered the product, with no product, and no money. This is the second time I have a bad experience with them (I'm all for giving someone a second chance most of the time...)
Anyhoo...I wouldn't recommend them at all! Totally unprofessional and don't have the customer's interest in mind.

I've got the same experience. I ordered several items.
They don't answer to anything. No email responses, no phone answer (voicemail all the time).
Haven't got any product either yet (2 weeks now)
DON'T Buy from them !!!!!
You will only lose your money.
