DO NOT BUY from dogeared.com!!!!: Customer Service is HORRIBLE. I ordered a gift on a Friday, and specifically asked for OVERNIGHT shipping (meaning it would be delivered on a Saturday) and was assured I would receive the item in time for a special birthday party...Not only did I not receive the gift that Saturday, but when I called to ask for a refund of the exorbitant overnight shipping fee, I was told that I would still have to pay a 2-day shipping fee since I still received the gift in a "timely manner," so said the supervisor. I proceeded to explain to her that there was nothing "timely" about the delivery...the gift was needed on Saturday and Saturday had past...she told me that they don't even offer a Sat. delivery and that there was no way I would be able to receive my item and not be charged the shipping fee. The supervisor was rude and had no idea how to treat a customer...a first-time customer at that! When I explained again that I was unsatisfied with that option and I may end up returning the item altogether, she could care less. With the fact that there are millions of online vendors selling the same type of merchandise, my advice would be to stay far away from dogeared.com! The products are not worth the possible aggravation.

Amazing online experience!: I've been a long time loyal Dogeared fan! I order from the site all the time and every time the customer service has been exceptional. I love the meaning and thought behind their special jewelry. I would recommend Dogeared Jewels and gifts to anyone!
