Do NOT order from them! They are a scam!: I ordered a dress from them at the beginning of December. It was $250. Today is January 22 and I still haven't received the dress. When you call their toll-free and regular customer service numbers, it says the mailbox is full. I have called over a hundred times and get the same message every time. I have sent dozens of e-mails to sales@erosboutique.com and none have been answered. I even checked my bulk mail folder. Nothing. Now, I have to go through my credit card company to recoup my losses. BE WARNED! READ! YOU'LL SEE I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THEM. BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THEM, TRY TO REACH THEM VIA PHONE AND E-MAIL AND YOU'LL SEE WHAT I MEAN!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ONLINE! RIP OFF! FRAUD!: Placed an order with this company. They took my money, have yet to ship anything, and refuse to respond to voice or email. Do a google search, or check out their unsatisfactory rating with the Boston Better Business Bureau, but do not order from them.

unsatisfactory: I did not receive items ordered. Repeatedly called and emailed erosboutique but never got a reply or a refund. After seeing their low score on BBB and reading their rating by other customers it is obviously not a company to trust. Here is what BBB has to report about them: Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to 82 unanswered complaints, an unresolved complaint and a pattern of complaints.

Based on BBB files, Eros Boutique has a pattern of compliants concerning delivery issues, customer service issues and refund and exchange issues. Consumers state that after placing an order from the company's website and receiving a confirmation email, they do not receive the purchased items. Consumers state that after multiple attempts to contact the company via email and phone, they do not receive a response to the status of their order. Consumers also state that after returning the item, they do not receive a refund or credit for the return of the item. Consumers state they are looking to be refunded in full.

Read the reviews. Avoid this site!: Their web site lists all kinds of marvelous things, such as Torture Garden clothing, Skin Two bustiers and many other beautiful things. Tragically, very few of these things are in stock, and will ever find their way to your door. Eros Boutique has an unsatisfactory rating at the Better Business Bureau for charging customers who never receive their merchandise. They are notoriously difficult to track down, and often when pressed will send a fake tracking number. Visit RipOffReports.com and do a search for them.

had enuff June 30 2008

Contact the Mass Attorney General to investigate ErosBoutique: I also was ripped off, took my money, never provided any shipping numbers, voice mailbox is full, no response to emails etc. This is some sort of scam and the site is registered in hong kong.
