Made a Christmas gift purchase on 12/9 leaving the requisite amount of time for delivery per store information. After several emails and calls attempting to confirm status with no response, finally got in touch with someone on 12/27 who confirmed unapologetically that the item has still not shipped. No attempt was made to indicate there would be a delay in the order. When a request for cancellation of order was made, I was informed this may take 2 to 3 days. There appears to be no customer service policies in place. Needless to say, the transaction was extremely dissatisfying. I will never do business with this company again.

If only I had read the review from a year ago, I'd have not made the same mistake. I made my order 12/9/07 - and when I finally got hold of the company on 12/19/07 (it took multiple phone calls and emails), I found out both items that I had ordered as Christmas gifts were out of stock. Everythingkitchens.com didn't have any plans for letting me know about the problem with my order. And, as the customer from a year ago, they let me know it would take several days before I could confirm an order cancellation.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. My experience with them has been the worst of any merchant that I have bought from, ever. I ordered a KitchenAid mixer from EverythingKitchens.com on November 16 as a Christmas gift, for $277.77 including shipping, a good price compared to other sources. UPS notified me that they had picked it up for delivery on Nov 19, but it has never been received. Repeated calls to UPS and to EverythingKitchens.com to locate the shipment have gone nowhere. The owner of EverythingKitchens.com, Phil Robinson, has refused to do anything to replace the missing shipment, refund the purchase, pursue UPS for failing to deliver it, or offer any resolution except to take my money. I put this transaction in "dispute" with my credit card company; this may be the only way to recover my money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I work w/ Everything Kitchens. I wanted to clear up something in the reviews above. In the third review, I wanted to say that Phil Robson does not work here anymore. He is not in ownership, though he was at one time, and had a habit of treating customers poorly. I am sorry that you were treated this way. If you call us at 866-852-4268 I will see what I can do to take care of this situation for you. The current ownership takes a lot more value of their customers, as you can probably see by the lack of negative reviews in the past year.

The other two reviews reflect problems due to drop shipping orders. Our company has moved very much away from drop shipping and we warehouse several of the brands that were causing us trouble before. Our customer experience is much better now, as you can see on more popular review sites such as resellerratings.com.
