customer service is very poor: I never received my products, there is no phone number to call-only email-when I check my order stattus it staes that it has been shipped-when I contact customer care theyt send me a generic message stating it takes 7-10 business days-It has been well over that time period. Customer Care does not read the question posed-they send a standard message to everyone. I am not impressed by this company, sue it is cheap, but the service is very, very poor! It would help if there was a phone number to address customer problems.

Customer service is beyond poor:
I ordered $61 worth of items that took about 5 weeks to be received. When I received my order, 9 items were not filled because they were “out of stock”, however all items were still shown on their website and available to purchase. A note was enclosed with my order stating that I would be refunded for the items not in stock. After 2 weeks, I had no refund on my credit card so I emailed them to inquire (since they have no phone number to call). Another week passed by and I did not get any type of response from them so I emailed again. Another 2 weeks passed by and I still hadn’t received credit to my c.c., nor had any response from either of my emails. I then contacted my c.c. company to handle the dispute. My c.c. company contacted E.L.F. and after 2 weeks, didn’t hear from them either. Luckily I am in good standing with my c.c. company and they gave me the credit, not E.L.F.

Lousy products:
The makeup brushes (that I was able to get) and tools are ok. The makeup that I was able to get – blushes, lip gloss, lip conditioner, eye liner are not worth even the $1 they cost. The lip glosses have terrible color and smell and taste awful. The makeup reminds me of crappy, cheap makeup you buy when you are a young teenager that is starting to experiment with makeup.

Overall: I wasted my money and will NEVER buy from them again.
