First of all, I wouldn't have given them a star rating... But that wasn't an option. Second of all, I had ordered something from them on the 25th of August, and here it is the 18th of October and I still haven't gotten it. I called their 1-800 number twice and left messages, I e-mailed their info@fivetone.com, and I e-mailed jharv@fivetone.com and haven't even gotten a reply from them. No e-mail back, no call back. 2 weeks after I had ordered it, they sent me an e-mail saying it was back-ordered and they should have it between 4 - 10 days. So 2 weeks after the supposed 10th day, I started to try to contact them. I would NOT recommend these people to anyone, and I'll be very surprised if I ever get what I ordered from them.

I am having the same problems I placed an order with them Oct 16th, on my credit card statement it appears that they charged my credit card the very same day I placed the order. I have emailed them 3 times, I've had 0 response.. I cannot get a hold of them by phone.. I have received an emailing for 'order confirmation' if i sign onto my account on their website my order has been processed and is in 'Queue to be shipped' and has been since I initially placed the order. If anyone has any information or how I can contact them It would be greatly appreciated.. until them.. I would NOT recommend purchasing off their website because until I've gotten a response or a package in the mail, its safe to say they either have no customer service skills or work ethic or they got me and whoever gave them their credit card numbers good.

O.K. So, I am having the same problem. My order was placed on 11-25-07, which is when my card was charged. I received an email stating that the item was on back order, but it should srrive within 10 days. After I did not receive the item or another email, I left a message on their voicemail. I also sent an email. I never heard anything. A week later, I sent another email. I received one back asking for my phone #. I sent this back. I still have not heard anything. I called again today. The voicemail system was full. I sent another email. Does anyone have a suggestion? What should I do?

I ordered a shirt from fivetone. I got received it with no problem. Unfortunately, it was the right size I ordered but it was way too big. I emailed fivetone letting them know that I'd bring the package to the post office & ship it back, & to please send me a medium(which I checked on the site to make sure a med was available). And, I did exactly that...on Nov 26, 2007. A month later on Dec 23, after not getting another shirt or refund or a response back, I emailed again. No response. I tried calling a few days ago, no answer even though it was during business hours. I called yesterday, got a voicemail so I left a message. I have yet to get a call or email back. I'm going to try calling again tomorrow. I'll give them till Friday to response, otherwise I'm reporting them to my state's consumer protection agency. It would be helpful for all of us on here if everyone else who's had a problem do the same. Rating: 1 starsDO NOT ORDER FROM FIVETONE!!!!
On June 17th, I ordered 3 pairs of shoes
I requested Express Overnight shipping and paid for it. In The shipping options under ‘HELP’ you claim “Deadline for overnight service is 4PM CST.” This indicates that if order is placed before this time, it will be processed and shipped out THAT day. I needed the order for a specific event on June 25th and placed the order in ample time.
On June 24th, I emailed Fivetone.com and requested to cancel the order as I had not yet received it and knew would not arrive in time.
I received the shipment on June 29th, 11 days after I placed the order. Even more discouraging than the late shipment is that I attempted to contact Fivetone.com 7 times by email and at 10 times by phone. I was only able to leave 2 phone messages because the customer service message box was “full” the other 8 times. I have not yet heard back from Fivetone.com.

I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as writing a formal letter (sent certified) to the president of Fivetone:

I am also in the process of emailing the customer service depatments of the companies who sell to Fivetone with a request to reconsider selling to them. I have attached a link of this page. Thanks for posting here.
