Terrible Customer Service: Terrible Customer Service!

I tried placing an order with this store, and they told me they had merchandise in stock. When I tried to place the order, they requested that I email them. I had to call him every time I emailed him just to get him to read my email. By the time I tried to place the actual order, they were "apparently" out of stock. They lied from the beginning, and were terrible with the order from the start! I would NEVER buy from this company!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: Buyer beware - don't order from these people. They are complete jerks. I had to return a coat because it was too big, and followed all of their instructions. Thank goodness I sent it UPS with tracking information, because a month later, I emailed them to find out where my refund was! The guy emailed back and asked where I sent the package, as he didn't have record of receiving it. I emailed him the UPS delivery confirmation with signature proof. And I never heard from him again. It wasn't until I had to dispute the amount and get a charge-back from my credit card company did they refund my money - minus the restocking fee. So they ended up making about $30 off of me while inconveniencing me with having the chase after my refund andhaving to write to my credit card company. I'll never order from these people again.

Alcoholic Wet-Brain Con-Artists Rip Consumers Off!`: I ordered a product more than three weeks ago. When it didn't show up, and their site still listed it as being 'packed,' I called them, to be told they would "contact the warehouse" and get back to me. Two days later, I called back - at 3 in the afternoon, their time, and WOKE UP some drunk/drugged guy, who gave me the same lie. I told him I'd _wait_ on the (800) line while he called the warehouse. Ten minutes later (his dime, remember?), he came back on and said, "They say they've found it and will ship out today." Later the same day (9/16/08), I received an e-mail from PayPal stating the item was 'Not In Stock' and my payment had been refunded. Three wasted weeks! Ignore these boozing, snoozing, losers!
