John Sibley intent on slandering games-stock.com: John Sibley bought a GBA game cartridge from our site. When he received the game, he suddenly noticed that item contained only cartridge and had no box or manual. Instead of going back to our site and reading "about our products" and "shipping info" pages where this information is readily available to whom ever visits our site, he decided he would say this game is damaged and counterfeit and try get a refund. This is what it is all about...nothing more nothing less. When we asked him to send the cartridge back for refund he refused. Probably due to the fact that there was probably nothing wrong with it. We invite anybody wishing to buy from us to make their own judgment.

Games-Stock is not customer friendly!: There is not a link for customer service on the website. There is no telephone number listed, no address listed, no person or company listed for customers to contact? A customer has no method of contacting the company and tracing their order. This company has very poor customer service!

Do Not Buy Anything from Games-Stock.com: As you will quickly find by searching the internet, Games-stock.com is somebody you should never do business with. We purchased two Nintendo DS games from them, and they would not save progress. When we took them to a local store that buys and sells used games, they told us these were counterfeit copies of the games and told us how we could tell. We contacted Games-stock, they told us to send back to them for a full refund. We sent them back with proof of shipment and delivery, and the company will still not refund our money. If you like to throw away your money, please just send half of what you would pay for a game on games-stock.com, and you will only be out half the money that you normally would. Do not buy from them unless you wish to support illegal copying practices. Hopefully these guys will be put out of business soon (but I'm sure open under a different name!). Buy from your local used shop - you will get quality product and they will support if the product does not work.
