Don't try to get reimbused!- I placed 2 separate orders. The first order came within 2 weeks - everything was fine. The 2nd order was backordered. I ordered the item in June and my credit card was immediately charged. I called every month to find out the status of my order and was told it hadn't come in to the warehouse yet. In October I asked them to credit my account and cancel the order. I was told it would take 2 weeks to process. In Nov. I called again, got same response. I have also e-mailed asking them to remove the charge and each time I'm told it will be taken care of. The charge still has not been removed.
