Stay Away from greenKarat! - Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. It took them weeks to reply to an email (their preferred method of communication), our rings arrived very late (just days before leaving for the wedding), and they were the wrong sizes. greenKarat took no responsibility for this and refused to reimburse us for the resizing, insisting that our fingers had changed. We'd been sized by various jewelers in our search for rings, and we know our sizes well. They were insulting and completely lacking in ethics, aside from the substances they use.
