Shipping took way too long. Inaccurate order tracking system.- Seriously, the package took forever to arrive. About 13 days to be exact. The company is in PA and I live in NY, so there is no reason for this two-week delay. I was never able to track the order; my order status had only said "Open" for the entire 13 days. Wondering what that meant, I sent an e-mail to customer service and they said that when an order is "open" it means the shipment has not yet been processed. I took this to mean I'd have to wait even more for my order to get processed and actually shipped, and was pretty ticked at that. But then the next day my order came in the mail. Pretty irritating experience overall. The prices are reasonable but the shipping times are unprofessional. I don't think I'll buy from this merchant again.
