Wonderful products, bad customer service- A couple of years ago, I would've given Hervia a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. They allow online shopping, they have a wide range of lovely Westwood products, and the customer service is friendly and helpful...at least it used to be.
I recently purchased a pair of the iconic Pirate boots and one of them had a terrible squeak. When I notified them asking if it can be sent back for repair or exchange, they merely told me it was "new leather" instead of acknowledging my requests or informing me of other options. I actually wore the boots out believing it must be the new leather but it became obvious this wasn't the case.
After quite a couple of emails later, they finally told me to send the boots back so they may be inspected at the Westwood Studio. Had they mentioned this option in the first place, I would've never found fault with the conduct of the customer service.
I would still recommend it because of the products; they are usually very well-made. Also, transactions are completed rather smoothly provided there are no issues with the products itself. But if there is ever such a situation, watch out.
