Take care of your credit card: As Howcool have not shoes they displayed. Howcool proposed me to change my command. And 6 months after they charged again my credit card without my autorisation. They kept my credit card number, the 3 special digits, and go... Ten months later I wait always for my shoes. And I cancelled my credit card. Very expensive this site.

I had not problem with my credit card. Howcool.com is fantastic.: this website is the has the best deals i have found on any of places. i disagree with the other who has made a comment about Howcool.com because the customer service is very nice and professional and they have me happy to speak to and get my order to me.

i very much would recommend Howcool.com to anyone considering a transaction from them. they have so many wonderful items and ship them to my country!

i paid by my credit card and received no problems like patrick has done.

The site looks untrustworthy but the products aren't: I searched for ages looking for reviews on this site, mostly because the page looks very budget design to the point of seeming untrustworthy. I really wanted an item they had the most competetive price for, so I went ahead and took a chance. The item took 6 weeks to get to me [it was special order], but it was top quality and genuine for a third of the price I would pay anywhere in Australia even with the postage added. If you're not pressed for time I highly reccomend the site. Now that I've actually experienced dealing with them I don't doubt the honesty of the reviews on their webpage.

I had originally ordered two items. 4 weeks later I was contacted by HowCool.com staff advising the special order item was no longer available from the manufacturer and immediately updated the site on this finding. It was not their fault but I was disappointed... until I accessed my account and they had generously given me a full refund in store credit PLUS 10% in value of the order which I will definitely use!
