Never do business with japanimation.com- If I could give japanimation.com zero stars, I would. I ordered an item 15 days ago. They also took my money 15 days ago. Since then, I have not received anything, even though the website says they ship within 24 hours. I have called to see if there is a backorder. They do not answer... it's voicemail every time. I have emailed them and sent messages through their website. Still, they have not responded to anything. When i check my order status, it just shows that nothing has been shipped. In my research after this happened, I have found that other people have had the same problem with japanimation.com. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I would recommend NEVER doing business with this company!
