Be careful with this site. I used to be an avid buyer here until what happened three months ago. I ordered a set of brakepads for my Mercedes and they gave me ones that are for Mitsubishi. I tried to have them replace it but it took them so long. I had to wait for one month. And when I follow-up my calls are always answered with a snap.

Argh. Will not order from here again. The person I talked to didn't know what the heck she was talking about, and even put me on hold for ten minutes. I was really in a hurry and didn't have time for these shenanigans so I will not buy from here again.

I don't know if they have communication problems, but i had a hell of a long wait for a part they told me would even arrive early. I couldn't go on this roadtrip with my girlfriend that we planned out for months since i didn't want to go with a busted radiator. It was too late when I got it. Buhbye vacation.

Late delivery. I hate that. I go online to shop coz I have no time but they take their time in delivering a few measly parts. For a place that's in my own state they sure have to travel far. Not a happy camper.

I thought that jcwhitney is one of the best auto parts retailer. I heard good reviews bout them so i tried purchasing from their website. The site is good just like the other retailers. After purchasing my order I look back again to the reviews and suddenly I have a second thought if that was really true? I realize that maybe it's also one of jcwhitney tactics to entice us from buying. Because I've encountered the opposite experience compare to them. They delivered my order so late with a bonus hassle and headache.

I'm not very familiar with cars so I need to contact their customer service to help me find what would be the appropriate car part to purchase. When I tried to call them, the agent was not helpful at all! I think he is not sure of the information that he is giving me and I had a hard time understanding him. After hours of conversation, finally I've decided on what specific product to purchase and repeated it to him to verify if he got the correct parts that I need.

Waited a couple of days, the product arrived on time but then, they delivered the wrong part!!! I got really frustrated about this incident, and I will never purchase on this store again.

jcwhitney.com simply not a place to be. im sorry but i had a bad experience about that site it so complicated and all. i just hate it! all i can say if they continue to run their services that way beleive me guys they're going down.

This shop is a SCAM. I ordered my brake pads from them for my Mazda 626. But they gave me the pads for the Mazda 3 model. I tried to call them for replacement but they keep on promising me that they are going to replace it. until now I'm not receiving any feedback from them.

I ordered my air filter from them for my Expedition, I gave them my credit card number, then waited for my order. Its almost 1 month since I ordered but no air filter is coming at my door step. I called them for a follow up but the only thing I recieve from them are promises. arrrgh...

I ordered brake rotors from them, they said it will be shift. I waited after almost 1 week of waiting still haven't receive the product called their customer service they said that the product wasn't available. This will promise you that they have the product but they'll let you wait until they have it in their warehouse.

Well I don't know but JCWhitney's service does not work for me. I know they sell cheap car parts & accessories but the manner they offer you with their service is intolerable.

You'd think they'd update their website but no.. So i ordered something different but to my dismay it took forever to get to my house. Ugh. Will never order from here again. Wasted time and money.

they just ask you one thing to do..just to wait with the product won't be arriving because they don't have the product on their stock. that's what they do to me the last time I ordered a car part from them. so terrible!!

I don't think this site is recommendable for online shopping.
I've just experienced an undesirable incident with its customer service representative. She has this intolerable manner of assisting her caller, she was kind of arrogant and sarcastic in her manner of speaking -- and I hate it.
Customers are always right and deserve to be treated nicely. We pay for the service they give through our purchases. So, as much as possible try to be as friendly and accommodating to clients because an unsatisfied customer equals a loss in a company.
Aren't they trained how to transact with their customers? If not, well, I guess they should undergo one right this moment!
