the pics look great online but the product barely resembles the pic in person. it is very cheaply made...falls apart...at least everything i ordered. The service is TERRIBLE!!!! it took a week just to tell me they received my order then over a month to ship it by air!!!!!!! They are not prompt about anything, will not get back to you, and have very poor products. They do not have live help or chat as it shows on the website. it will send you to an email thing and then it will take them at least 3 days to get back to you. There are lots of nice bead sites that i would use before i ever used this site again.
