Very Poor Customer Service Buy somewhere else.: Kleargear has very poor customer service. If one calls the number posted on their web site, one gets a recording. If one leaves a message and phone number as directed to on their message, they do not call back. They suggest you email them at prioritycare@kleargear.com and they do not reply to these email either.

I have talked to other people and they cannot get through to custoerm service either. Kleargear is a poorly run business. I would suggest shopping somewhere else.

I haven't even received my product yet and it is impossible to talk to them.: The worst CR I have ever seen. I haven't received my order yet. Placed it on 12/03/07. Is anyone out there that could tell me if they will really ship it me my order? I think I should dispute it with my credit card company. HELP!!!

I would give Klear Gear zero stars if I could. Bad KlearGear! NO biscuit!: Klear Gear has no customer service. I ordered my items November 11, with a shipping date of 11/30. At that time the website said I couldn't track my shipment until Dec. 5th. That date came and went and the site updated to say it would be up the 14th. Then the 21. Totally unacceptable. I have called every day for two weeks and still no call back. Infuriating, horrible company. I have reported it to the Better Business Bureau, suggest disappointed customers to do the same, and warn other unsuspecting shoppers that this website is a farce.

THE WORST!! They should be ashamed of themselves.: I, too, placed an order in the beginning of December and requested RUSH delivery. It's now December 19th, 8:45pm and still, NO STUFF! I'm thinking this is some kind of scam, maybe? There is no way to contact them (sure, there's a "number" to call, and you can "leave a message", but they NEVER CALL BACK!). I've emailed them, and called them three times. I'm giving them until tomorrow, and, if my order doesn't come, Will Bermender (owner) had better get ready for a tongue lashing from me (or pen lashing, at least.). My, God, WTF is going on with these people????
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY FAST! kleargear doesn't give any customer service at all!: Ordered early Jan '08. Items claimed to be in stock.
Checked order status - no wait you can't check order status, they were moving (and have been for about 3 months now).
Emailed regularly after about 1 month with no contact. No response to emails.
Phoned and left message with phone number in mid-March. No response.
More email. Still no response.
As of 3/20/08 the score is kleargear 1, customer 0. No items received, no contact either by phone or email.

No one's home! UPDATE: They've answered the door!: A fraudulent charge showed up on my bank account with Kleargear's name next to it. They say on their website if I dispute the charge without giving them a chance to work it out, then they will charge me an additional $50 or something like that. How can I give them a chance to respond if they never acknowledge my existence? I'm afraid I have to cancel my card now!
UPDATE: They got back to me and apologized for any inconvenience. They sent me all the information they had about the fraudulent order and will be pursuing the person who received the merchandise. Once we got in contact, they couldn't have been nicer.
I'm raising my rating. Thank you, William, KlearGear customer care.

What a business..........: I placed and order with this company as well. It has been a month or so since the order. I have been emailing and leaving messages with them for the past two weeks. Today I decided to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. The CC company will credit my account and contact Klear Gear to let them know of the dispute and will need to cancel the transaction because no payment will be received. I really can't get over this situation. I did a google search today to see if I was the only one stuck in this situation and I am sorry to see that all of you have been as well.
