The worst customer service - not professional at all- They are simply a reseller of organic products.You can order these products from vendors themselves
What was horrible about these guys is their customer service.
They are anti-customer, and write nasty emails with horrible comments, just because I asked for an update.I had ordered an item 12 weeks ago,and when I simply asked them for an update, they wrote nasty emails, were angry,and threatened to drop me as a customer. I have all the email threads as proof that these guys are simply crazy.They have no # , so all you can do is write emails ,and hope that they respond saying - yes, we have ordered, here is the information.
Instead I got the worst email I have recvd in my life - like a 5 yr old throwing a tantrum.I was shocked.Out of 100s of etailers I have had no problems in doing business with,these guys take the cake.
There are other vendors like tinybirdsorganics,ecobaby,happyplanet,and many more, who are kushtush vendors anyways.
So just order from them directly
Kushtush does a great job 90 percent of the time.- Saw the other review here. A little hard to believe! Anyway, everyone should know that ecobaby, happyplanet, and many more, are also resellers!!
Kushtush does a nice job for customers. 4 Stars for caring, working hard to please, and delivering great product on time most of the time. Lost a star cause the customer service needs improvement, but noticed they're working hard on that too.
Kushtush Organics- We are very concerned with S. Dey's unhappiness, and understood her frustration that the supplier (a reseller she mentioned above) had difficulty delivering her order, and never responded to our inquiries on her behalf. We finally arranged her selected alternate item which was delivered before her review was written. This is an ongoing case of killing the messenger.
Kushtush Organics, after working to correct her issue could no longer justify accepting a steady stream of emails resembling the review above, directed to our Customer Service area.
In a final brief (2 sentence) note we invited her to continue asking questions as needed, but did indicate abusive emails had to end, and we could no longer serve her interests.
Kushtush Organics | Eco Sleep Shop values its customers and feels badly we could not please Ms. Dey. We wish her all the best and hope that we will have the opportunity to serve her again in the future.
- This is not a good company.
- KushTush.com only provides email customer service which they do not respond to - even though their policy states that they respond in two business days. I did find a phone number, but it is just a recording saying they have no phone support.
I placed an order from KushTush.com and my credit card was charged immediately for $250. When I never received an order update or shipping information, I decided to email KushTush to ask them on the status of the order. It has been two weeks and all emails have gone unanswered.
Okay, here's an update 18 days later: I contacted the BBB of Arizona. They finally got a response from the company. KushTush.com is accusing me of lying saying that I never contacted them (when I have the email copies in my sent folder which I then forwarded to the BBB), accusing me of stealing their merchandise because they mailed the merchandise 7 days ago, that they are out $400 for a chargeback because of my complaint, and that they are going to file retail theft charges against me.
This is weird - so again I requested information on the order. I never said anything bad to KushTush - I kept it polite. Still no answer on the order just more stuff about me being impatient and lying.
This is not a good company. I have done nothing wrong as a consumer but ask for information on my order.
This morning I received an email from PayPal that my money is being refunded and that KushTush is canceling my order and looking around for the package (which was supposed to have been mailed already). I take this to mean that there really is no package and never was.
I've done a lot of online shopping, but this is a first for me. Buyer beware is my only advice. And thank God for the BBB.
