I found the lighting fixtures I wanted for two rooms in my home. I ordered. BEWARE! The fixture in the picture displayed and what you actually receive are NOT the same. The photo showed the oil-rubbed bronze finish and white marbled glass. HOWEVER, when you order their site defaults to a horrible mustard brown glass! Then when I received the products the glass on both fixtures was defective. When I called their customer service number to exchange the glasses I was informed that they could send me new ugly mustard brown glass only. I would have to return the entire order at my expense AND PAY A 15% restocking fee, AND re-order to get the White Marbled Glass as pictured on their site. I spoke to a Supervisor who was condescending and frankly rude. I mentioned to this supervisor that I purchase a lot of products online and when something is defective it is typically my experience that the retailer is willing to go out of their way to make me happy. The product was not as pictured on their site and in addition it was defective. All I wanted was to exchange for the product as pictured! This same supervisor insured me that anyone else at Lighting Universe would stand behind him and that is absolutely their policy. Well, MY POLICY IS TO TELL EVERYONE I MEET NEVER TO BUY FROM LIGHTING UNIVERSE. What a horrible company!!! There should be a rating for NO Stars and 5 frowning faces.

S Nimz doesn't know what their talking about. This company has great customer service, people are available to help during regular hours and on weekends! My delivey of Drawer Glides arrived just when expected was of nice German quality. This is a full service department store with everything you need. Lighting Universe is just one of their stores.
