I have had a bad experience with trying to handle a return on an order with LUCY.COM. I ordered a pair of pants and was charged for them on 6/25th. They arrived on 6/28th and were too large. I called to order the correct size and planned to return the larger item. As the result of my phone call, I now have two additional charges on my card, both from yesterday. The person handling the phone calls insists she must charge me for the item am I returning although I have already paid for the item. I now have a total of three charges and one item the wrong size from this merchant.
