This company is very difficult to contact, with only having email and not a phone for their business. The phone number only is a machine listing the contact email addresses to use for questions or problems. I have never recieved a jacket that I ordered 1 month ago and cannot get this company to respond to my email inquiries. Fed Ex says I must put the claim in with Modernseed and not with them, that it is Modernseed who needs to refund the money or ship out the product again. I have emailed 3 of their email addresses so far and still no reply. BEWARE - this is NOT a customer friendly company.
