Disrespectful staff members, in August 2008 still waiting for the order I made in November 2007! Horrible customer service!- Back in November 2007, in New York City, at Moss (150 Greene street New York, NY 10012) I purchased a flatware -Nuovo Milano in satin finish-. Today, it is August 11, 2008 and I still haven’t received the whole order. More importantly, I did not even get an apology. I received a part of the order in the wrong finish and still did not receive an apology. The staff who handled the purchase at Mossonline were careless, did not return my phone calls, and disrespectful at times. I do not recommend doing business with Moss!
